About Life Management

Life Management Consultants, Inc. (LMC) was founded by Donald King in 1979. At that time LMC operated one home in the Beaver County area. Over the years LMC has expanded to serve multiple counties and currently operates over 20 homes and supports over 100 people while maintaining a core of experienced employees.

Life Management Consultants, Inc. provides multiple services and supports for people with developmental disabilities. These services and supports include:

• Residential supports
• Home based supports for people living at home with their families
• Respite services
• Behavioral supports for individuals, their families, other agencies and direct care employees.
• Community Integration

Life Management Consultants, Inc also provides supports and services for people with various mental health diagnoses. These services and supports include:

• Supported Housing
• Education
• Behavioral supports for individuals and direct care employees.
• Community Integration

Life Management Consultants, Inc. employees hold their Act 33/34 clearances and receive training in Medication Administration, CPR/First-Aid, Fire Safety, Seizure Disorders, Dietary and Food Preparation, Normalization principles, in addition to other relevant trainings specific to the people they support. More than one-third of our staff has been with Life Management Consultants, Inc. for ten or more years.
